Description:
Bondtite Fast & Clear Bondtite Fast & Clear is a “5 min” high strength, two-component, transparent epoxy adhesive system. It can be used as an adhesive for a wide range of materials or as a versatile filler for gap bonding, surface repairs and even to bond various substrates like metal, ceramic, wood, chrome, concrete, marble, glass, fiberglass, tiles etc. The curing time for Bondtite Fast & Clear is unaffected by temperature so even at lower temperatures, the pot life will be 5 minutes.

Applications

Bondtite Fast & Clear is a 5 min epoxy, so it can be used at those places where instant strength is required. It remains unaffected to mild alkalis, acids, etc. It is a non-toxic, electrically insulating adhesive which does not shrink and is resistant to water and most common solvents. It can be tinted with earth pigments, cement or sand for color matching and can be sanded and drilled.

How to use

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion by sandblasting or sanding with emery cloth.
• Wash glass and ceramic surfaces with soap and water then rinse and let dry.
• Pre-fit parts to be joined.
• Squeeze equal volumes of the material from both part-A & part-B. Mix  part-A & part-B for one minute thoroughly and then apply as per requirement.
• Clamp it for 30 minutes.                                
• Full Strength will be achieved  in 4 hours

Restriction of usage

• Does not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics
• Applications requiring short-term heat exposure of greater than 150°C
• Continuously wet areas or water immersion
• Portable water systems
• Do not use on areas that will come in contact with food related items

Bondtite Pro

Bondtite PRO is the most advanced, new generation, high performance, room temperature curing, two-component epoxy adhesive system. It has an extremely high impact resistance as well as shear strength. Also, it provides higher coverage compared to standard epoxy adhesives and is suitable for external applications due to its all weather and UV resistance. Moreover, it also offers less clamping time and more pot life making it suitable for large surface applications and increased productivity. Bondtite PRO can be used for bonding various similar and dissimilar materials such as metals, ceramics wood, leather, rubber, marble, glass, etc.

How to use

Storage

Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.

Bondtite Super Strength

Bondtite Super Strength is a high-strength, two component epoxy adhesive system with longer working time. This system is tailor made where extremely high bond strength and long working time is required. It is used for bonding  for various similar and dissimilar materials such as metals, ceramics wood, leather, rubber, marble, glass etc. Bondtite Super Strength remains unaffected to mild alkalis and acids etc.; and it is also non-toxic and insulating.

Applications
Automobiles for fixing electro magnet to flywheels, bonding brake lining to shoes, plugging holes in cylinder blocks, fixing head light reflector and glass to rim, bonding metal part to miniature bulbs, for linear placement in engine, for insulating high speed motors and fixing wipers on car.

Electrical and electronics:

• Sealing of oil filled transformer cases, fixing of magnet to metal pieces, in watt hour meter, fixing aluminium cap to glass shell, in night bulb manufacturing, bonding of cooling coils to freezers, in refrigerator, making of PCB, fixing diaphragms and magnet to the base of speaker.

Appliances:

• Fixing name plates, bonding steel body to grinding stone in wet grinder, for assembly of mixers, washing machines, gas stoves, for fixing loose handle of tools, fixing of drains, hoses & sealing of tank joints in washing machines.
